AMK Dental Laboratory accepts both analog and digital impressions. We currently accept digital impressions from:

  • Cerec Connect

  • Medit

  • itero

  • Carestream

  • Trios

If you don’t see your scanner listed, call the lab at 402-340-2894, and we will get a portal set up with your scanner!

Complete the form with all required information. See images below when referring to Characterization and Pontic Design portions of the form. To adequately illustrate those sections, the graphics may be downloaded below, filled out, and attached in an email to amkdental14@gmail.com for more detailed references.
